

DIY TIME
In order to prep these items, I use basic household rubbing alcohol to make sure the surface is clean.

THE REVEAL
Finally, after a few coats of paint, my vanity set is brand new.

It looks very pretty especially the way you have them displayed. I collect hammered aluminum and I don't know if I could paint it, but I still think it looks pretty and actually if I see a piece that can't be shined up I might give this a try especially the turquoise, one of my favorite colors.
